Senior Project Manager/ Engineer

Our new factory in Perth Australia is seeking an ambitious person willing to work within a close team environment in a very challenging position. We are seeking an experience Engineer with an ideal back ground exposed to manufacturing environment. The position would involve but not be limited to:

  • Tender preparation along with closure of contracts
  • Contract management thru to commissioning.
  • Contract financial administration.
  • Day to day running of the business and manufacturing.

$180K (package negotiable based on candidate expereince).

National Manager

We are currently seeking a monitvated Natinal Manager to Join the Eilbeck Family. The primary role will include but not be limited to:

  • Key member of the Leadership team, contributing to the solutions to company issues.
  • Responsible for preparing tenders and negotiating large contract along with formalising them through to commissioning.
  • Recommend improved operating policies and procedures and responsibility for their development and maintenance.
  • Exercise general control over manufacturing processes and production schedules to meet market requirements and to ensure maximum utilisation of plant, personnel and facilities.
  • Initiate research, development and project work at the general management level and co-ordinate it with corporate long-range plans.
  • Evaluate and approve capital expenditure and operating budgets in respect of manufacturing operations.
  • Direct the preparation of specifications for purchase as to quality, quantity, delivery and service required for purchase of plant equipment, supplies and materials to meet production schedules.
  • Ensure that finished products meet agreed quality standards and approve plans.
  • Development and maintenance of the Standards System to enable external accreditation.
  • Promote sound working relationships between all supervisors and operatives involved in the production process.
  • Responsible for ensuring a high level of safety and favourable working conditions.

The successful candidate will report directly to Tom  Eilbeck and will have an Engineering back ground with extensive and successful experience in manufacturing control and management, experience within manufacturing environment and the ability to work under strict deadlines, high level of all round communications and interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership and team development skills.

A candidate that has experience in the Crane industry is not essential but will play a contributing roll.

$$$K (package negotiable based on candidate expereince).
